ERROR : Email Id Can not be found

In case you get email id can not be found; there are three cases
1. You have used another email id for account creation then you are trying right now.
2. Your account is not created with us, Maybe due to delayed transaction or cancelled transactions.
3. There was a spelling mistake in Email Id while creating an account.

Solution: Write to us on along with your ‘PAYMENT ID’ [Check your SMS / E-mail for transaction Code from INSTAMOJO eg. MOJO04XXZXXNXXXX26X2]
We will reinstate your account in on verifying payment details, This is a manual process so there might be some sort of delay but we assure you it won’t be more than 24Hours.

ERROR : Wrong Password

In this case, you might be entering the wrong password than the one you used while making payment. Or trying to enter the wrong password.

Solution: Click on ‘Lost Your Password’ You will get an email with a link to reset your password. This link is encrypted and expires within 1 Hour as a security parameter from the wrong use of a password.
